Myself (Alex, 28) partner (Guy, 31) and housemate (James, 29) are looking for a new housemate for our lovely three-bed house with one bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The current room is a spacious double with plenty of built-in wardrobe space and lots of natural light, overlooking a shared garden at the back of the property; it would comfortably fit one person, desk and other furniture. The flat also benefits from a large kitchen-dining room, perfect for hosting; a comfortable living room with a balcony; and use of the well-maintained shared garden.

James is an actor, Guy works for an interior antiques company and I work for an interior textiles company. We are all friendly, respectful and sociable, and keep the house clean and tidy. We are hoping to find someone of a similar age and outlook, a professional who is considerate and easy-going.

We all love the area within easy walking distance of East Dulwich, Camberwell and Peckham. Along with many amazing local pubs and parks.

Ideally, viewings would take place in the evenings in person in the upcoming weeks (weekends/weekdays). We can potentially arrange virtual viewings.
