Double room in lovely East Finchley flatshare

Hello!

We have a double room available in our bright and spacious East Finchley flat.

The available room, bathroom, kitchen and large lounge are on the first floor with two more bedrooms on the top floor. We also have a paved garden which gets the sun until late lunchtime.

The room is at the back of the house and looks onto gardens so benefits from being quieter. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. It's a small yet comfortable double and if needed there's extra storage space available around the flat. The large lounge is also a lovely space to relax in.

Location is perfect, we're less than a 5 minute walk from East Finchley tube and walking distance to Muswell Hill, Highgate and Hampstead Heath.

We're two professional females (30 & 36), and happy to share with either a third female or male.

We both have busy jobs and are regular gym-goers (outside of lockdowns!) so it's quiet during the week, though we'll chat and watch TV together on any free evenings. We're looking for someone who similarly has there own thing going on but is happy to socialise and consider the flat a home.

Cost is currently £665pm, including all bills and the room is available from 1st March (we need someone no later than 1st April). Deposit is £535. (Please note we're unable to accept students, couples or pet owners).
