2. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO LOVES ANIMALS AND IS WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF MY CAT WHILE AWAY TRAVELLING - thus the low rate. If interested please specify in message if you have previous exp. with animals and if you're happy to take care of the cat.

3. MY STUFF WILL STAY IN THE ROOM, as I am only away for a few weeks travelling, so will try to free up space in one wardrobe for you to have some storage space, but likely won't be massive storage available.

Considering all of the above, PCM = 950 GBP all-in.
(for reference: the rent I am paying on it is 1200pcm + all expenses on top).

Have rented it out with similar arrangement in the past and had an amazing experience with someone falling in love with the cat and sending us frequent updates, ideally looking to replicate that.

Incredible short term let in wonderful East Village (2min walk to Stratford international and Westfields shopping mall) - 15min Elizabeth line to Liverpool Street, 7min to St Pancras. Has Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground, DLR lines, and National Rail all within 10 minutes walk.

Available for the month of August, most likely exact dates at the moment 28th July to 31st of August.

Large double room with King size bed, floor to ceiling window overlooking private garden. Desk with 27” monitor, high end WFH set-up and very own ensuite bathroom.

Open plan living room and kitchen with massive windows and huge terrace with outdoor eating/working + chill out area. - PERFECT IN SPRING/SUMMER, with sun lounge setup and outside table. Dishwasher, induction cooktop, washer/dryer, 24/7 security, underground secure bike storage.

Flatmates are very cool and chill Spanish and hungarian colleagues and friends (25 & 27). Very chill guys, down for drinks every now and then, board games, or trips to the river marshes for a swim! Also respectful of personal time and most likely travelling/away for a while themselves in the period, thus why looking for someone willing to take care of the cat as wel.

Loads of parks and canals literally around the corner, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and a pubs literally downstairs!!! Super chill, family-vibe area with food markets every other weekend durning summer! 15min walk to a swimmable part of the River Lea, surrounded by trees right in the heart of London!
