All communal areas are professionally and regularly cleaned (no additional charge applies). All bills are included. There is a garden at the back and a separate secure bike storage.
This house is safe, clean and non-smoking.
The house is very close to North Middlesex Hospital.
Minutes walk to train station (Silver Street). 5 minutes walk to Edmonton Green shopping centre.
Short bus ride to Seven Sisters tube station which is 10 minutes away from Central London.
Local amenities: being minutes away from High Road you have all benefits of ASDA, Tesco and Lidl supermarkets, local shops, major banks and post office.
Rent is inclusive of ALL bills.
For short term let (less than 6 months) add £25 per week.
