We are two Italians (23 and 24 y/o) working in finance in the city. A third friend that’s currently living with us will be leaving the house in July and we would like to renew the contract for the following 12 months starting in July. I think we can negotiate terms with the landlord given we’ll be signing a new contract. The flat is now slightly different from the ad pictures since we brought in new furniture, tv, etc
