Hi I am looking for someone who can take over my tenancy contracts from this june! I have lived here for twoyears with my sister.
until 23rd Sep, you only need to pay £525 per week and contract will be renewed to this price!

-Spacious room with two double bed now but I can remove one of them before moving out.

-All bills included ( electricity, gas, water, wifi etc)

-Fully furnished! (tables, chairs, dish washer, new washing machine, couch, double bed, two fridges)

-only takes 4 mins to Tottenham court road station and goodge street station on foot!

-10mins walk to Oxford circus station

-in 3 mins you can get Sainsbury, M&S, Tesco and many resturants as well!
