Bright Double with Garden in the Heart of Fulham

Hello! I'm Lily who is originally from Fulham so can give you the ins and outs for best spots around the area and not get ripped of by the tourist traps in London haha. I'm an accountant that goes into the office 2-3 days a week but happy for you to work from home too or not :). I tend to go to the gym most days (yoga, spin, weights/circuit training) but do enjoy a catch up with a glass of wine either at home or at the pub. Also, in my spare time I like to go to restaurants, galleries, exhibitions, walks, gigs and anything else that London has to offer which you're more than welcome to join me!

Looking for someone clean and respectful as the flat is kept to a good condition so would want someone like minded. As mentioned above happy with any working arrangements but a mixture of working from home and the office is preferred.

The flat is located just near two bus stops that can either take you directly to Hammersmith, Clapham, Waterloo, Chelsea. The walk to Fulham Broadway is only 5 mins and West Brompton Station is only a 15 min walk to so overall very well connected. For groceries you have a Tescos, big Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Whole Foods and a great market on North End road.

Bills: (Includes Gas/Electric, Council Tax, Water, Internet and fortnightly cleaner- approx. <£250 pcm

Landlord: Private landlord- dealings through 3rd party managing agent. We haven’t had any trouble with the managing agent and they usually respond very timeously to our requests.
