Double Room in Fab East London Flat

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for someone fun and friendly to join us in our flat in east London. The location is right behind Columbia Road, 10 mins walk to Broadway market, London fields and Brick Lane.
There are tons of markets, restaurants, coffee shops and parks near by. Bethnal Green station is a 20 minute walk and Hoxton and Cambridge Heath overground are both under a 10 min walk. The area feels very safe and peaceful and we really love it here.

The room is a large bright double, it comes with a bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and big mirror. We have a large communal living room and space for bikes.

You’ll be living with 3 housemates, we’re all easy going and like to keep the place tidy. We like to hang out together and have a beer /watch Netflix, as well as do our own thing too so we’re definitely looking for someone chilled but sociable!

We’re all young professionals aged 27 so we’d be looking for someone similar! Tyne is from Essex and works in Research, Mairead is from Manchester and works in Buying and Barnaby is from Newcastle and works in Ecology. Rent is paid on the 26th and the room is £825 plus bills which are around £100 a month.
