Double Room in Hackney Central

I am looking for a new flatmate to move into this lovely flat in Hackney Central. The room available is a spacious double room. The flat comes unfurnished, but the current flatmate can sell her furniture (double bed + mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rail, bedside table) if needed.

The flat has a large living room (with dining table), bathroom with bath/shower, and a good sized kitchen. The block has a communal garden which can be accessed via the street.

The flat is 30 seconds from the bus stop, with buses going to central London and Shoreditch. Hackney Central is 2 minutes away for the Overground, and Dalston Junction is 15-20 minutes walk. The area has lots of great bars and restaurants, as well as a Tesco supermarket and an M&S which are both a 5 minutes walk.

A little bit about me: I’m 28, and work in film. I love to cook, watch tv and films at home, go out for dinner in the area and to the local pub. I currently work from home on Fridays, so ideally looking for a flatmate who works full time/from home on a different day. My job can be quite busy, so during quieter times I like to stay home and relax. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s super clean and tidy, has similar interests and likes to hang out from time-to-time.

The flat isn't massive so wouldn't want lots of friends being brought back - Hackney has loads of great pubs so would prefer someone who has their fun out and about and then is quiet at home. I'm also looking for one flatmate, not a couple.

Total bills are approx £150 per month (council tax band A) - including council tax, broadband, water, energy and TV licence.
