A bright, spacious double room in a Victorian heritage building (Bertrand Russell used to live in an adjacent apartment) for short term stays (3 months minimum)

The room is large and has a desk, double blackout curtains, (great for sleep!) and is located in a very quiet building with mostly elderly neighbours.

It's situated near HOLBORN/TOTT COURT ROAD tube stations, and two parks - a small one (3 minutes away) and a larger one (5 minutes away)

The flat is perfect for
mature professionals,
visiting scholars,
summer interns or
mature students

who appreciate hygiene and cleanliness, it’s a very peaceful environment, not a party flat.

As a top-floor apartment, there is no noise disturbances from above.

Council Tax (Band D) is included in the rent, I pay it.

I'm looking for someone who, like me, is quiet, clean, responsible, and considerate. I’m vegetarian but you don’t have to be.
