Hi! We have a bright, airy and spacious flat with two good sized double bedrooms available to rent in the Caledonian/Camden/Holloway area. It is on a quiet, leafy residential street. The property is fully furnished. Available May 1st 2024.

Room 1: Large double room.
Large double bed with storage, desk, bedside cabinet and cupboard. (Room now taken)

Room 2: Large double room.
Small double bed, bedside cabinet and spacious built in wardrobe.

Shared areas: The kitchen contains an oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Living room has a two piece sofa, dining table and chairs, tv and tv bench.
Bathroom contains a bathtub, separate shower and sink.
Separate toilet with wash basin.
Instant hot water. Heating.
(Some furniture may be exchanged for similar items)

The location is great, with Caledonian Rd, Holloway, Tufnell Park, Camden and Kings Cross all nearby.
Nearest tube station is less than 10mins walk, Caledonian Station.
Bus routes 17, 29, 91, 253, 259, 390 and 393 are a 5min walk away.
5-10 mins drive to Kings Cross and all other areas mentioned above. Private parking is also available.

Bills not included:
•gas, electricity, water
•council tax (band C)
•broadband/wifi
But this can be negotiated.

We are looking to let for 1 year, and this can be renewed annually. (Minimum let considered is 3 months). We prefer working professionals but are welcome to students too. We kindly request no pets and no smoking. Thank you.

Each bed room is £1150 per calendar month for one person.
