The room is located in the lower floor of the building, and is the largest in the flat, it contains multiple mirrors, large wardrobe and a desk for studies with a bathroom and toilet right outside the front door but if need be the communal toilet and shower are right around the corner.
Upstairs from there is the communal area, with two gas stoves, two mini fridges and two larger fridges. If that’s not enough a mini fridge can also be added to the room.

The flat is 2 mins away from West Kensington station by foot and a minute away from any of the multiple bus stations.
It is surrounded by multiple cafes, restaurants and parks with a well dignified community.
The establishment currently has 6 tenants, 5 males and 1 female. Majority of the time you won’t see certain tenants but two of them are very lively and are always welcoming to their various activities.
Council tax is paid separately from the rent as well as gas and electricity but all bills are shared and equally divided as well as decided, apart from council tax, amongst tenants.
