Room 1: Single room with a raised double bed and mattress (small desk and chair available). The space has just been refurbished.

Room 2: The room is nice, bright and furnished with a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and a desk. The spiral staircase leads to an attic space used for storage by the landlord. Access is required.

The house is spacious with a large kitchen-diner and a rear garden. It is situated in a quiet street, at walking distance from the underground (Tufnell Park) and railway/overground station (Kentish Town) and Hampstead Heath.

We are looking for a relaxed, tidy and considerate lodger, who is interested in what happens in the world. The person must have good knowledge of house hygiene rules.

The rent is inclusive of council tax, bills, wireless broadband. Cleaning is not included. It would particularly suit PhD students, professionals, and mature people looking for a quiet home, to share with a landlord along with several others.
