It's a pleasant room with large windows and a nice view.
I really enjoyed living here (for almost 3 years) but I am going abroad for a few months at the end of May and am looking to find a new tenant to replace me.
- It's a 10 min walk away from London Bridge station for the Jubilee / Northern line and trains - and also at a walking distance from the City.
- It's very close to Bermondsey Street and Tesco / Sainsbury's supermarkets less than 5 minutes away, or Lidl 14 minutes).
- The flat is on two levels, and the whole of the upper level is for the large living room and the kitchen.
- You'll share the flat with two friendly, quiet and tidy flatmates (two males of 26-28 years old). One of them has an ensuite room so you'll only share the bathroom with the other one.
- The building is nice and well kept with a concierge.
The room will be available form mid / late May as I'm quite flexible as to when I'll go abroad. Feel free to ask me.
The current term ends on 23rd September 2024, at which point you are free to renew the lease with the landlords (or walk away).
Council tax is £863 per year per tenant (band F = £2,589 for 3).
In total, energy bills + water + wifi + council tax end up at c.£150 per person per month.
