Large room in Spitalfields (E1) - Summer sublet
Hi all! I'll be away from mid-May and am looking to sublet my spacious room in our shared flat in Spitalfields until July 7th, with some flexibility on the dates.
The flat is on the first floor in a very central but quiet area right next to Spitalfields market, only a 5 min walk away from Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Aldgate East and Brick Lane. We share two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a living room with a large terrace overlooking the city.
The room itself is around 170 square feet (16 m2), with two big windows. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, drawer and wardrobe for £1000 a month including bills.
You'll be living with 4 professionals aged between 29 and 37, all working in hospitality or creative industries. The flat is usually pretty quiet as we all have our individual schedules, but we do also enjoy the occasional coffee or pint together on our sunny terrace or at the local pub.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to drop me a short message with a bit about yourself to organise a viewing.
