Luxurious King En-Suite in LCI

This king en-suite bedroom is located in a modern luxurious apartment with balcony in London City Island on 13th floor with on- site amenities such as two gyms, an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, two jacuzzis, steam and sauna rooms as well as a communal cinema room, communal study spaces and terraces and three bars on the island!

We have a 24 hour concierge.

Sainsbury’s is only 2 min located on the island and Canning Town station is just across the bridge less than a 5 minute walk!.

We are currently one female - Carlotta 29 (myself) and one male - Julian 23, both Italians.
I am a professional working full time in a corporate building and also a performing artist. My flatmate is a student and also working part time from home. Our other flatmate is moving back home and we are looking to replace her from 9th July 2024 (when the tenancy agreement renews officially) although, the date is flexible and the new person can move in sooner and sign the contract starting on 9th June if wishes, or sublet from the current tenant directly as the room will be vacant from 17th May onwards.

We are looking for a female professional who is Clean, Tidy and Respectful!

We like it quiet during the day if we're studying/ working and generally enjoy having our own space but we also like to socialise some evenings/ weekends.

Rent would have to be paid 6 months upfront plus deposit. Please contact me for further details.

The bills are not included, however we have been renting the car parking space which normally covers most of the bills.

Tenancy agreement is of 12 months (from July) with a 6 months clause.
