Room to rent Zone 1

Hello everyone!

I have a room to rent in Hoxton N1 6TS, Zone 1!
I easily walk to Angel, Old Street or if you're not a big walker there's buses to take you to Central or East in 10/15 minutes
I'm posting of behalf of the agency right now, but if you are interested and want to move forward with your application I will send you the agent details so you can ask about the contract and viewings.
The room will be 700£, the bills are not included but I never paid more than 40£ per month and you don't always need to pay exactly every month because it's a top up as you go situation
