Close to bus stops, tube stations, and train stations. Convenience store right downstairs. 30 minute bus ride to UCL and UAL campuses.

Excellent soundproofing, very quiet at night. Thick walls mean you can't hear neighbors at all. The whole building has only studios and one-bed flats, so no need to worry about being socially awkward. The neighbors are extremely friendly too! Some have cute dogs and cats. There are even little foxes downstairs. Large, comfortable common room with sofas, study areas, entertainment areas, and AC to keep it cool. Laundry facilities and parking available. Surrounded by residential areas and a short walk from schools, so very safe. Not far from swimming pools, basketball courts etc. and just minutes from parks. No short lets, preference for covering the full rental period.
