Spacious, furnished double and single room available. conveniently located in Herne Hill/ Brixton. Neither bedrooms are street facing.

Double bedroom, comes with large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & dressing table. House has 1 bathroom which has a shower and bath. Separate toilet.

Single room comes with ikea day bed which folds out into double bed (2nd mattress not included). The bed has 3 storage draws. Happy to provide chest of drawers if requested.

We are looking for clean and respectful tenant.

The area:

Extremely convenient place to live, great both practically and socially. The house is a 6 minute walk away from Brixton tube station (which connects to central London in 10mins via the Victoria line- plus it's at the beginning of the lines so the tubes are extremely regular and you always get a seat, even during rush hour!), Brixton overground, and multiple bus routes to Clapham, Liverpool St, Oxford Circus, Streatham etc.
