This rooms comes fully furnished with double bed and pocket sprung mattress, Wardrobes, chest of drawers & bedside table, plus a desk and chair!

The communal kitchen diner includes all of the mod-cons including a Fridge freezer, washer / dryer, oven/grill and microwave. Each tenant has a designated refrigerator space, private cupboard and all cooking and eating materials are provided.

There is a shared bathroom on the 1st floor plus a 2nd Toilet on the ground floor.
