Double ensuite room available from Mid-May

My name is Hannah. I moved into the area recently, into a lovely 2 bed terrace home. The place has a great size kitchen and living / dining room plus a fantastic south facing garden. The spare room I’m offering is the ensuite with its own shower room. It comes furnished, with a Queen-sized double bed and a good size wardrobe for storage.

The road is on the new Springfield development, there is a lovely park within 2 mins of the house, Wandsworth Common is a 15 min walk, Tooting Common is 20 mins. Both Tooting Bec and Broadway are c.12 min walks for the Northern Line; and Earlsfield station is about 15 mins for mainline trains going into Waterloo or indeed to get out of London to the country.

About me:
• I work in the city 3 days a week
• Work and life is busy so home is my sanctuary from a busy outside world
• I have a little doggo

I’m looking for someone who is:
• Also a professional / works in a hybrid pattern
• Respectful of privacy and space, but also open to socialising / chilling out in the evenings
• Clean / tidy
• Happy with dogs, and ideally would enjoy spending some time looking after him when I’m not about
• Looking for a quiet place to live – this isn’t a party house.
