Location
The closest underground station is Southfields (District Line), which has a very regular train service. Bus 39 and 170 close by can take you to centre London.

Council tax is paid by us and the utilities is shared by tenants, about £50 pcm per room.

The flat is checked safe and in good condition once every six months and we can be contacted directly at short notice if any maintenance issues arise. The flat is also checked extensively by qualified electricians and plumbers at least once a year. All the certificates will be provided.
