We are young (ish) professionals aged 28-32 looking to find a great housemate to take over the fourth bedroom, as one of our housemates has bought their own place.

Our ideal new housemate would be a professional of a similar age who is active and social but is also keen to chill at home. As a house we do a mixture of working from home and in the office, love bingeing Netflix shows and a spontaneous trip to the pub.

The room available is an upstairs double and the current tenancy runs until February 2025. The house has two bathrooms, a further downstairs loo, open plan kitchen / living / dining room area, a garden and outdoor storage for bikes etc.

The house is on a quiet road between Brixton (5 mins), Clapham North (10 mins) and Stockwell (10 mins), not far from Clapham High Street (15 min walk).

We already have gas, electricity, TV, broadband and council tax set up. These come in at around £150 a month. The deposit is £1,053.
