Bright Double Room in Lower Clapton 🌞

Hi,

Me and my current flatmates have just secured this absolutely STUNNING house in Lower Clapton! And we’ve got a double room to fill from 17/5 (£972 + bills)!

Huge terrace with morning sun 🌞 Newly renovated, two bathrooms and showers and a laundry room!! Super super bright and spacious but still homely! We feel so lucky to have found this and hope that you will feel the same!

We’re currently all living together and will be moving in with a bunch of furniture / bits n pieces for the living areas! We’ve got a big nice sofa, TV, everything you’ll need in a kitchen etc etc!…

We’re located just off Chatsworth Road, so plenty to see and do very close to home! The closet station is Homerton which is a 12 minute walk.

The room is on the first floor, west facing with plenty of natural light throughout the day and looks out over our lovely little street. The communal areas are split over 2 floors with 2 full bathrooms plus a laundry on the first and a large open plan kitchen and living on the second with the terrace!

Also I've attached photos at the end of our current living room & us!! so you get a feel and can see the furniture we're bringing.

We are a friendly, easy-going & respectful bunch. We enjoy being social in the house but also respect each others personal space. We are of course LGBTIQA+ friendly and are hoping to find an easy-going & like-mined person. A little bit about each of us:

Erin she/her, 27 - working for a tech start-up. Enjoys baking, lazy sundays & lounging in the park.

Mitch he/him, 26 - design director for a studio. Enjoys cooking, wine, music & plotting around in the garden (now terrace).

Fanny she/her 27 - video editor for a food/agriculture start-up. Also into food, films, being outside, swimming, dancing and going to the pub.

Lou he/him 27 - project manager at a print studio & seller of vintage furniture. Enjoys the pub, cooking, music & socialising.
