I'm sadly moving out of this lovely 4 bed flat in Mile End and looking for a replacement for my double room with massive amounts of storage space. Looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful to join the flat.

It's a newly refurbished, modern four double bedroom flat in Central London.

You'd be living with 3 lovely guys, all professionals aged 26-31.

It's got great transport links to Central London and out: 10 minute walk to Mile End & Bow Road Underground Station (Central/District/Hammersmith and City lines), and 7 mins walk to Devons Road DLR Station. 24 hour bus service also available.

The Flat:
- Four bedrooms split over two floors (One bedroom with an en suite bathroom, so you'll only be sharing the main bathroom with 2 others)
- Newly renovated and completely refurbished with brand new plumbing and electrical wiring throughout the entire property.
- Separate Samsung Washing Machine and Dryer provided.
- Huge amount of bench space in the kitchen as well as a 50 inch Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD TV, dishwasher, large fridge, electric stove and range hood, microwave and oven (all brand new appliances).

- The room has a massive amount of closet space, desk and a double bed. The bedrooms have been completed with custom built, designed and matching wardrobes, desks and double beds with 1000 pocket mattresses.

- Cleaner: £8 payable every 2 weeks per tenants.

The tenancy agreement is for 12 months, with a 3 month break clause.
