Looking for a student only tenant @ IQ East Court

Hello, I have a silver studio at IQ East Court and I need a student tenant to replace me because I am planning to move out. The start date of the contract is flexible but the end date will be 07/09/2024.

This studio gives you plenty of space and comes equipped with a bed, study area, window seat, lots of storage and an en suite shower room. You'll have your own kitchenette with combi-oven, hob, fridge and breakfast bar dining area, and the use of onsite facilities including the gym, lounge, karaoke room, cinema room, games room and study spaces.
