I am moving abroad and looking for a kind, clean person who would like to take over my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in North Woolwich area.
The house will be shared with 2 females, both professionals who value cleanliness and mutual respect.
The flat is situated in an apartment block, right on the riverside, with amazing views of the river from every window in the house. The beach and a big park are just outside the building, with the Woolwich ferry 2 minutes walk and DLR station just 5 minutes walk from the building. There is also a foot tunnel just 2 minutes walk from the building which takes you to Woolwich arsenal, where you can find big supermarkets and other shops such as tkmaxx, primark etc. As well as Elizabeth line.
The room is fully en-suite, with a bathroom with shower and a separate exit to the balcony. There is a shared living area with kitchen which also opens up to the balcony. There is also a communal garden on the first floor of the building.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a built in cabinet in the bathroom.
The price is inclusive of all bills and broadband.
Pets considered. Smokers considered however, you can only smoke on the balcony as the house is fitted with sensitive fire alarms and other tenants are non smokers.
