Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush stations are only 20 minutes away, offering access to Central line, Overground, and National Rail connections. Bus routes from Ladbroke Grove station include the 7, 23, 52, 70, 228, 452 and N7, and the 295 and 316 also run nearby. The nearest Santander Cycle docking station is a couple of minutes away, at the St Mark's Road bay. For scooter hire, the nearest bay is 3 minutes away, on Ladbroke Grove.

Holland Park Road and Westfield mall, offering all manner of shops, restaurants, cafes and bank branches, are no more than 20 minutes walk away. A Tesco Express, and two Co-ops are quickly accessible, as is an Amazon Fresh outlet. Within 3 minutes walk is Virgin Active Notting Hill, and also nearby are the Kensington Leisure Centre and BodyWorks West. Holland Park itself, with its famous Japanese Garden, is an excellent fitness spot, thanks to its outdoor gym and hilly paths. Only a further 15 minutes away is beautiful Kensington Gardens, site of the famous royal palace, the Italian Garden and Serpentine River.
