Looking for a female to take over my tenancy in May for my ensuite double room in a 2 bedroom flat centrally located in Pimlico - walking distance to Pimlico and Victoria tube stations. The lease lasts until 5 August 2025 but there is a break clause after 5 months.

The flat is spread over three floors and has a large living and dining area, separate kitchen, two big terraces and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms (all furnished). The bedroom contains ample storage space and has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

You will be sharing with a 26 years old working professional female who works in the office 5 days a week. Bella is outgoing and welcoming! She loves cooking, watching movies and going for nice walks.
