Double room for rent in social house

Hellloooo!

One of our current housemates has decided to move onto new pastures! This leaves a vacancy for one of you lucky people! Ideally you’d be social, looking for a home rather than to just occupy a room etc etc… (insert generic criteria I. e. clean, tidy….).

The Property is located 15 minutes away from both Putney train station and East Putney tube station. It’s a 15 minute walk into town and we have a local pub that’s less than 5 minutes away by foot (great beer garden we like to exploit in the summer)!

The room is on the top floor. There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet and shower! Shared sitting room and kitchen! We have a decent sized back garden and enjoy hosting barbecues in the summer!

The housemates: We’re all professionals, we enjoy socialising together at the local pub or in the house but also recognise each other’s near for personal space. Pete (32) is a travel rep for Japan, Peter (27) (yes there is two peters, it gets confusing but we make it work) works in sales and Nikki (27) works as a mental health nurse for children and Lizzie who works in interior design!
