I’m Max - 28 y/o professional working in tech. I’ve been in the flat for almost four years now, and looking to replace a friend who is moving out.

The room is large, and well set up in terms of layout; with good cupboard / window / desk space. There is a private bathroom across the hallway, which you have sole use of.

The wider development includes a free gym, concierge, and a couple of roof gardens.

Looking for a straightforward, easy going, and reliable housemate to take over from a friend who is moving in with their partner. I’m in the office five days per week, so am flexible on your work preferences.

The rent is £1,150 per month (I pay slightly more than this, due to parking) and is due at the end of each calendar month. There is a deposit of the same amount due ahead of move-in, and bills work out to be c. £100/month on top of this (council tax, internet, water).
