I'm seeking a female tenant who works full-time from an office (or most of the time), ensuring a quiet and professional environment. Cleanliness, respect, and consideration for the other are highly valued in this home. Please note that I kindly request no shoes inside the flat, and limited visitors allowed

**Deposit and Application:**

To secure the room, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Monthly rent is £1500 all inc. payable via bank transfer by the 1st of each month.
