The flat is on the first floor of a mansion house, electric gated property in Belgravia. A normal working home, with a relaxed atmosphere. No children, but one extremely sleepy cat. Comfortable and relaxing environment and plenty of peace to work and relax after your working day.

I work away a great deal. When I am at home I relax watching films on Netflix. If you are happy to live within this atmosphere you would be most welcome to join me here.

The flat is in a first class position, within easy walking distance of Sloane Square, all bus routes, Victoria, Battersea Park and the Thames.

Newly fitted kitchen with built in electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher washing machine and tumble drier. Newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower. Flat is fully centrally heated, secure and comfortable.

Seeking tidy, responsible, non-smoking, cat-loving or tolerant person/s to share with. Must be professional/Mature student, over 25, with good references. This age minimum is strictly required, thank you as I do need a quiet home to relax in after a long day.
