Spacious, bright room in converted warehouse
We have a large, bright room to rent in Tottenham, from June 1st.
The converted warehouse is warm, lots of natural light with a large shared communal area.
Would suit someone happy/used to living with people, who'd enjoy being in a creative environment.
It’s a calm yet sociable household. We are all busy creative professionals, who love plants and good food, and share our space with a very white cat.
Amazing transport links (Victoria line/Stansted Express//overground/tonnes of buses). Lots of green spaces all around including the Tottenham and Walthamstow Marshes and the River Lea and great local cafes/ bars/ nightlife.
The room is big (about 18m2) with large east facing period widows and an upstairs mezzanine.
There might be the occasional small photo/ video shoot or other creative play session happening in the shared studio space, which you would be welcome to use/ participate in as well.
A cleaner comes once a week, though it is a warehouse, so not ideal for clean freaks.
We are looking for someone who enjoys living with others. Ideally you are respectful, considered of others in the space, also work creatively and would use the space to exchange/ develop/ explore ideas.
Not a party warehouse!
