It is a 5 min walk from Stockwell tube station conveniently on the Victoria and northern line, there is a 24 hour shop opposite the flat and its about a 7 min walk to vibrant Brixton, 10 min walk to Clapham. There's also a new Pret a manger which is a few mins away!

Supermarkets very close by are Lidl, Sainsburys, Costcutter and in Brixton you have M and S, Tesco another Sainsburys.

There is also a south facing roof terrace and mini conservatory. Really lovely to use in summer.
