Double room available in lovely house.

The house is located down the street from Streatham commun, very quiet street ( free parking available), very neighbourly area, shops nearby ( Lidl-coop).

I’m a French girl and have been living in London for many years.

My current flatmate fell in love and is moving in with her partner, I’m now looking for someone to take over her room.
I work in hospitality so I’m not at home most days, so could be suitable for someone working from home.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful.
I appreciate sharing some moments with my housemates, a meal, some wine or a movie every so often. I’m looking for someone that will not be a stranger in the house 🙂.

The room isn’t furnished, possibility to keep some of my current flatmate furniture if wanted.
The house is partly furnished with my own furnitures.
I wouldn’t mind someone bringing some of theirs furnitures to complete the house.
The living is large enough and we created two space, tv and desk.
Please note that we could easily change that and put a diner table.

The house is well located, nearby transport :

-10min walking distance to Mitcham eastfield or Streatham commun
-30min bus to Brixton
-Train to central London ( Victoria-London bridge - Battersea) from Streatham commun every 20min
