Two rooms available to rent from the beginning of July in lovely bright modern 3 bed flat in Streatham, as both my housemates are moving in with their partners.
Flat is less than a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station and 15 minute bus to Brixton.
Modern open plan kitchen & living room, downstairs toilet and full size upstairs bathroom with bath & shower.
Both rooms come with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and the larger one a chest of drawers.
Larger room 1 is £690.
Smaller room 2 is £620. This room doesn’t have space for a desk, so would be better suited for someone who doesn’t work from home regularly.
Smaller room has previously been used as an office rather than a bed room if someone was looking for more space to work.
Bills are not included and are usually between £90-£120 when divided by 3.

Need to be able to pass agency referencing and finance checks. Deposit is £770pp

Housemate is Holly (27) Works in marketing and also runs a community for women on the side. Loves a glass of wine, women’s football, Gavin & Stacey, Disney, LOTR & Fleetwood Mac.

The majority of the furniture in the communal spaces came with the flat, but the TV, bin, coffee table & drying rack belong to the current housemates who are leaving.

Building is a large apartment block, that is very safe and also has a lift. It has large communal gardens which can be used in the summer.
