Two Double Rooms Available In Streatham

Hey guys, I have two double rooms in a top floor 3 bed flat available in Streatham from the beginning of July, sadly my two friends are moving out so need to find people to replace them asap!

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill station, with bus stops right outside where you can get a bus to Brixton in 15 minutes. The flat is located on the High Road with lots of amenities on your doorstop and a gym directly opposite if that’s your thing! The buildings is an apartment block and has a lift so you don’t have to die walking up 5 flights of stairs 😭😂 there is also a communal garden/courtyard and parks also nearby!

Both rooms are the same size, but one comes with a built in wardrobe. Both rooms are £735 + bills which altogether come to around £130 each (maybe a little more in winter). Some furntiture is included in both rooms but I can give you more info on this if you msg me/are interested! One of the rooms is located just off the living room so usually don’t stay up much later after this person goes to bed just be respectful with noise etc! Sorry the photos are taken in the evening - I can get updated pics in the day so you can see the bedrooms properly just wanted to get the ad out asap!

The living room is super cosy and has an amazing view with the best sunsets! The flat is situated on the end of the building so never have noise complaints/noise issues at all. The toilet and shower are separate which is actually pretty handy when you really need to use the bathroom if someone is showering 😂

I’m looking for 2 professional girls aged between 24-29 (no students, sorry😭) that are clean, tidy, sociable and easy-going! I ultimately want to live with housemates that are friends and like to hangout/go out for drinks etc but also respect each others privacy 🫶🏼

You’ll be leaving with me, I’m 26, I work full time as a content creator for an agency in west London and wfh 2 days a week (there is space and the flat is perfect for this also). I also work on a bar on Saturdays in Balham so can give you discounted drinks toooo 🫶🏼❤️
