My name is Ana Maria. I am originally from Croatia, and have been living in London for over 10 years.

I wfh/ City and in my free time I love being in the nature, traveling, spending time with friends and meeting new people. I enjoy cooking and being active; exercising and practicing yoga. I often travel with work generally spending 3-5months a year abroad which is an added benefit to whoever moves in :)

I am looking to rent a fully furnished double room with a large private bathroom in a recently built, modern apartment only 2 minutes walk from Streatham Hill Station. The property has a wonderful panoramic terrace on the 6th floor offering breathtaking views of London and a wonderful sun trap for sunny days!

Located in the centre of Streatham Hill, the flat is surrounded by a great choice of local grocery stores (Co-op, M&S, Tesco, Sainsubry's etc), restaurants, bars, high street shops; Fitness First Premium, Virgin active and a number of Yoga and Pilates studios. Tooting Bec Park and Streatham Common Park are 10min walk from the apartment. Tooting Bec Park’s Lido is only 15min walk way - one of the largest open swimming pools in London and great option to have in the summer.

Streatham Hill Station offers a quick 20minute train ride to Victoria, and a number of buses 10min ride to Brixton Underground Station.

The room is available from 18th May 2024.

No need to worry about bills as included in the rent is Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hyperoptic fastest broadband, Council Tax and utility bills. There is also an option to arrange a cleaner on a regular basis.

If you are perhaps looking for a temporary option over the summer (end of May- end of Sep), or are a couple looking to rent the whole apartment for this period (dog friendly!), this might be an option too. Rent will be adjusted for short lets & couple agreements. 4months fixed short term let rent for couples is £1350-£1500 p/m (this includes a monthly cleaner).
