Room available in a house in Tooting Bec, 6 minute walk to Tooting Bec (northern line) and 15 minutes to Wandsworth common and Balham stations.

Downstairs there is a large open plane kitchen dining area which also has a TV / sofa area, as well as a separate living room, utility room and downstairs loo. Also reasonably sized garden which comes with a mini green egg(!)

You’d be living with 3 girls age 29-31 who are all out and about quite a lot socialising with friends, travelling, trying out different exercise classes and all that London has to offer. We like socialising together but also have our own lives.

We are all mostly office based with some wfh and are looking for someone the same.
