We're looking for a fun and friendly female to join our homely three bed flat in Tooting Broadway!

*** Females only. No couples, students or WFH ***

The flat 🏡
Room available from the 25th of May.
Rent is £470 a month with a £470 deposit payable to our private landlord.
We split the bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet, TV licence) and house supplies equally. This comes to around £90 each a month. You will be required to transfer one or two of the accounts in to your name.
There's one bathroom with a bath/shower and a bike lock at the front of the property for you cycling enthusiasts.
The room is a SMALL box room (hence reflected in the price).
The flat is less than 5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube and there's a bus stop at the end of the road.
Shops, gyms and all of the bars, restaurants and fun stuff that Tooting has to offer are within walking distance.

I've been in the flat since 2018 and Kat joined this year. We're both emergency service workers doing a mixture of shift work and normal office hours.
We get on well and hang out inside and outside the flat (dinners, day trips etc) but also have our own friend groups too.
Our current flatmate has been here for three years and is leaving to move back to Aus.

This isn't just a flat - it's a home, and we want someone who will treat it as such. We'd love a someone who's up for getting involved with girllll dinner - but also totally get the need for alone time after a busy day at work.
Being clean, tidy and respectful should go without saying - we're adults after all lol
The room's not big enoigh for a desk and we like to reserve the living space for relaxing rather than use as a home office, so our place won't work for you if you WFH.
