You will be sharing with a couple and another girl. The house is recently painted and there's new flooring throughout which makes working from home feel fresh and homely.

We work full time during the day and so the house is quiet if you are WFH. We're looking for someone who's chill, clean, respectful and looking for a home, not just a room.

ust a few minutes walk from Sainsbury's, Aldi and Tooting Market and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Gym, leisure centre with swimming pool and a great library all nearby as well. It's a really green area, so if you're into running or walking you've got Tooting Common, Wandsworth Common, the Wandle river trail and Morden Hall Park all easy walking distance away.

The Room - large room with plenty of space for a desk and chair if you plan to work in your room. Includes bed, mattress, side table.

Bathroom: only shared with 1 other person

Living room: space for everyone, new sofas. TV with sound bar and chrome cast

Kitchen: new dishwasher, new washing machine, new fridge and a large table.

Bills: around £60-70 per month (water, gas/ electric, WiFi and council tax) depending on season.
