Hi, I have a double room in my Tulse Hill apartment.
It’s available from 20th May until mid August.
The price of the room is 600pcm, plus bills.
Will suit professional or grad student in late 20s to 30s.

It’s top flat of a characterful Victorian house, a 2 minute walk from Tulse Hill station, 10 from West Dulwich Station and a 20 minute bus to Brixton (nearest tube station). It’s a 10 minute walk to either of the closest parks (Brockwell Park and Belair Park).

I am a 34 year old working as an environmental investigative journalist. I’m really passionate about participating in and watching improvised comedy, playing board games with friends, live music, cycling, film and travelling. I’ve lived in Mexico, Spain and France and have been based in London for the larger part of 10 years now.

I work from home 3 days a week, always Mondays and Fridays, and sometimes Tues/Thurs depending on the week.

I’m looking for a kind, fun and tidy person who’s keen to be part of the house - cook a meal together a couple of nights a week and share some beers.

Bedroom - equipped with a bed (and mattress), cupboard, and clothes rail. Can provide hangers if you need them.

Bathroom - shared with one other housemate (me). Shower bath.

Kitchen - Spacious modern kitchen with large windows and a lot of light, wooden dining table and island counter-top. You will share a large fridge with me. Dishwasher and washing machine.

Loft space/Living Room - Shared space with sofa & TV setup with a N64! There is also a desk up here you can use to work if you WFH.
