Spacious Double Room in Turnpike Lane

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to replace me in this spacious house in Turnpike Lane which comes with a sun-trapped garden and shared living room. The room is a huge, North-facing, furnished double and comes with a double bed, desk, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf.

The location is great - quiet street, 5 min walk away from Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line). Central London is a 20 min tube journey away. Pubs & restaurants close by.

The kitchen is equipped with your usual appliances and there's also a dryer! There's 1 1/2 bathrooms, so it doesn't get too crowded. The garden is a great place to hang out/BBQ during the summer.

You would be sharing the flat with 4 lovely people in their mid to late twenties. They're very friendly, chill and enjoy the occasional pub outing. We're looking for someone who's a similar age, enjoys a laugh and would treat the house like a home. Also, we're looking for someone who's employed full time or can provide a guarantor.

Bills are around £80/month including council tax, broadband, water, gas/electricity.

Can be flexible with the move in date but need to fill the room by 22nd June. This is an initial contract until 29th September with the possibility to extend.
