The room is huge and bright with double glazed windows ,comes with a mattress, a side bed table ,a big desk and a new wardrobe with mirror.
Very big double glazed windows as well and nice view in the room.
Also the view from the kitchen is stunning, facing the wandsworth common park.
The room is actually 550£ not 700£ pm.
The bills are around 100-150£ per month which goes up to 700£ pm ~ish.
The area is very safe, nice places to visit nearby, public transport is 4 minutes away , railway 8 minutes and the northern line 15 minutes away.
There are two flatmates ( male and female )you'll be sharing the flat with.
Both are very respectful, quite and tidy.
They are both 32 y. o and there are two beautiful cats in the house.
So if you have cat(s), you're more than welcome to bring them with you.
Also, this is a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.
