Cosy Double Room for 3 months - £750 bills include

Hi all! I just finished my PhD and my visa is expiring... So I'm heading back home for few months, and renting out my room while I'll hopefully find a job 😂. This property is a bit old, but has everything you'd need, we have a big living room where we all hang out, spacious kitchen, little back garden, lots of cupboards and two toilets. The flatmates are lovely, unfortunately one of them just moved out but we have Euan joining the flat next week. In the house at the moment there are Luke, greek, loud and funny guy that works for a real estate agency, and Yi, malaysian computer genius. The atmosphere in the house is sweet, we all became good friends. It's a very chilled environment, everyone has it's own space but at the same time we like to spend time together, maybe having a pint in the closest pub after a long and tiring day, when there is a bit of sun ☀️.

I'm moving out on the 14th of April, so it would be amazing to find someone ASAP, and I'm renting it out for 3 months at the moment, but, since I don't have a new job yet, I don't really have a date for when I'm coming back, so I'm very flexible with ending dates and stuff... Worse case scenario someone can host me for a while if you need a longer tenancy!
