Bedroom has hanging rails, underbed storage and a desk.

Private ensuite has shower, sink and toilet.

The room is for a FEMALE professional or post-grad student - sorry no couples.

Please note that we have a dog. She’s a very friendly spaniel so you must like dogs!

We are 5 mins walk from Snaresbrook & Wanstead tube stations on Central Line - Zone 4.

Approx journey times by tube:
City & Liverpool Street (20-25 mins),
Westfield Stratford & Olympic Park (10 mins),
Canary Wharf (25 mins),
West End (30 mins).

Locally, we are 20 mins walk to Whipps Cross hospital, and 10 mins walk to Snaresbrook Crown Court.
