These are great rooms for single occupancy only, not for couples, but if you need it for a couple, you can ask about our other options, in Limehouse.
In this ad's flat, you already have great flatmates settled to enjoy the flatshare. This is a nice 4 bedrooms flat without living room, very central located in zone 1: a short walking distance to Westminster, Covent Garden, Aldwych, Holborn; River Thames and its Southbank attractions - London Eye, Museums, restaurants and National Theatre - as well as lots of UNIs as KCL, LSE and many more.

With one person per room, four people will be occupation in total. You will deal directly with a good and professional private landlord - no agencies involved - very proud of taking good care of tenants and properties.

Each room comes with:
- Double bed
- large desk + chair
- wardrobe with mirrors

All bills are included—as per contract—except energy. The Council tax is in band B.
- Kitchen fully furnished, including:
- New fridge/freezer,
- New washing machine,
- Microwave and kettle

You can call these rooms home, with friendly, very nice, and professional young flatmates. Proper contracts and deposit protection are necessary, and the price advertised is for single occupancy with 7-month contracts.

Various supermarkets are around the corner. Also, there is a large selection of restaurants and pubs with stunning views. The river is at a 7 min. walk, same the National Theatre and museums. Old Vic theatre is just around the corner. New full modern gym opened 1 min. walk from the flat, and all amenities you can imagine in this central location are within walking distance.

1. Your full name.
2. Your age and country of origin, where you have born.
3. Confirm you need the room after mid-June. It is very important you tell us your preferred move-in date, for let us check the calendar.
4. Your occupation details: either if you work (company, position, salary) or if you study (UNI, profession, and the funding: bursary/savings/parents or family assistance); and
5. Your maximum monthly budget with bills, in case any room is gone by the time you contact us, so we can check other options to offer you.

Failure to respond to any of the 5 points above may result in loss of time for both of us because we cannot come back with the best plan and option. often, people forget full occupation details, date of move-in, or budget. That doesn't help.
