【Room】13th-floor en suite, 6-person flat, with private bathroom and shared kitchen (accepting single or multiple room booking). All occupants in the flat are LSE undergraduate students, with no one holding parties at night. The kitchen is large and clean, equipped with a fridge and a freezer with ample storage space for everyone (we’ve also added an extra small fridge).

【Lease Term】From June 1 to August 31, 2024. The exact start date is negotiable, preferably covering the entire lease term.

【Rent】Original price £350+, discounted rate for LSE students at £317 per week (new renter can continue with this discounted rate), inclusive of all bills. Contract transferred through the official channel of the property provider. Access to the gym downstairs, worth £270, is provided as a bonus for free (including all fitness facilities, swimming pool and sauna).
