I’m looking for a new housemate to take my place in my current flat in Whitechapel/Shadwell. I’m leaving as I am moving out of London.

1 large double room available, with plenty of built in storage. Furnished with a bed, bookshelf, desk and chair which belongs to the landlady.

A bright warm flat, overlooking, the attractive, Sidney Square. This is in a secure block with 8 other flats - originally a warehouse built in the early 1900s. Easy walking distance to supermarkets, bars and cafes. This property is well suited to young professionals due to the ease with which you can get to the City, Canary Wharf and the West End. Residents parking permit available from council.

Plenty of transport options as below
9 minute walk to Whitechapel station for the Elizabeth line, overground, Hammersmith & city and District line.
9 minute walk to Shadwell station for the DLR and overground.

Local tfl bus network is really convenient, can get into the city within 10 to 15 mins. And within a 25 minute walk.

I can be flexible with a move out date, but ideally beginning of the month which lines up nicely for the first months rent.

Evening work best for viewings, but with a days notice I can work from home.
